I am an experienced and value-driven management consultant and business coach who focuses on helping my clients reach their goals. Over the course of my career, I have developed a proven track record of business consulting on all aspects of business-model development (e.g. strategic planning & deployment, operational support & design), as well as leadership coaching, group facilitation and team development.

I have experience working with the private sector and non-profit organizations, and with all levels of government in Canada (federal, provincial and municipal). I have had the pleasure to lead large business analysis (BA) teams and government-wide Lean Six Sigma (LSS) projects for the provincial governments of British Columbia, Alberta and Saskatchewan.

Projects have focused on:

  • strategic planning and alignment, 

  • business-model development,

  • business-process improvement or new design, 

  • risk and gap analysis, and 

  • team and leadership development 

Over the years I have become highly proficient at facilitating groups in both formal and informal sessions. I have earned a reputation for my ability to effectively work with all levels of stakeholders; from executives to support personnel and field operation staff. I am noted as an expert in leading groups through conflict and discovery to successful consensus. I attribute these successful relationships to values that are based on supporting:
